I mounted a subdomain.I permits allocated to a user.User can not enter, leaving the typical error screen.

Domain: Motorhome-Online
Subdomain: Motorhome-Online F1

The permissions are set up correctly for the server on
http://f1.motorhomeonline.eu.gamecreate.com
however the user will not be able to access the subdomain unless you give permission to the subdomain itself.

Which is the typical error screen you are getting? Can you please link an image of it.

Your own permissions from your main domain should be inherited by all subdomains.

Entering the subdomain and really they have permission to the server, but can not log.

the screen is the error that comes to request ticket.
