Team Fortress 2 is available in GameCreate now - although there may not be Linux content available yet due to it not yet being entirely released - please install the game manually if you run into trouble for now.
EDIT: Confirmed theres no Linux server tonight unfortunately by Valve to those that run Linux only. |

please add unreal tournament 3 demo server
http://www.3dgamers.com/games/unrealtourn3/downloads/
Quote: |
It's about 648 megabytes.
md5sum: f9f942d150e8751392cc4ea3339322ae
Download, unpack, and run UT3-linux-server-betademo/Binaries/ut3demo ...
a quick-start command line looks something like this:
./ut3demo server
vCTF-Suspense?MaxPlayers=24?MinNetPlayers=4?bShouldAdvertise=True?bIsLanMatch=False?bIsDedicated=True
-login=MYLOGIN -password=MYPASSWORD
MYLOGIN and MYPASSWORD are required and should be replaced with a valid
gamespy profile (you can create one in the game on Windows). Your server
needs it's own profile, so don't reuse the one you plan to play the game
with.

The executable has been added (windows version was already there).
You will need to install it yourself though, cant put it on our content server for now. |

We can't host it at the moment, you will need to manually download and install it yourself as per my post. |

We did have it originally, however for some reason the dedicated server cannot be shutdown (or something like that). I'll try looking at it later when I have a bit of time, but it was really weird how it did not work. |

COD4 should be released in about a day. Any chance
you can set up at least a mock-up for the game in
advance so that we can start confing servers before
the server files are out? |

Wasn't last night when I posted that message - thanks
Edit: Can you please add a startup command for Linux
as well so that it is ready when/if a Linux server is released?
Pick any name you want, for instance just 'start'. Then I
can make a wrapper script to call the actual binary/script
in the meantime between the release of the server and
you changing the startup command. Actually, it would
be very nice if the default Linux start-command could be
set to anything but nothing so this would be an option
for all future games. |
