Where did you ask the question earlier?
Port 2121 is required at a minimum.
GameCreate FTP runs in Passive Mode Only.
[quote]In passive mode FTP the client initiates both connections to the server, solving the problem of firewalls filtering the incoming data port connection to the client from the server.[/quotep]
http://slacksite.com/other/ftp.html#passive
So FTP connections are inbound to the server host. You would need to open some ports for inbound connections I assume, you would need to consult your firewalls documentation on how to do this. |

Im sorry if it sounded like I meant you avoided my question. You have been very helpful I asked the question in the middle of a post about ftp problems and you gave me allot of other things to try before I narrowed it down to the fire wall. So I did not mean you purposely did not answer my question.
thanks. |

No problem - I just didn't see where you had asked it (and wanted to make sure it had not been missed).
Did this answer your question? |
