Hey,
Ignore the FTP server command, its just in testing - it wont effect you in any way at the moment.
As for the 'waiting for host' bit, its because GameCreate will only tell the host to perform one install at a time (this is much faster than trying to do more than one at the same time).
If its stuck on an install in progress, when its not really installing at all, just click 'reinstall this game' and choose to 'update the game instead' under Advanced Options on the last step - Do that for the game thats stuck on installing (which by the looks of things is Call of Duty. |

I doubt its getting 'stuck' on the install - rather, its downloading a really big file, and will continue to do so in the background (you will see the client respond to other commands while its performing a software install).
Just wait it out, the install is quite big (1gb+). |

no, the Size of the Files has not changed.
Restarting of the client has no effect in this.
I use an other Account, and have changed the ip of my Root Server, the Problem is not fixed
But with the new account i have no Problems |

Should not make a new account, it wouldnt have changed anything.
You should have just asked the client to try and reinstall the game. |
