I tried it on two hosts.... (Win7 x64, XP x64)

The server (standard GameCreate config, no changes) does not start. The following error appears:

What's wrong?

What value do you have for 'Mapcycle' under Server Configuration?

Stock standard comes with a bunch of maps already defined, and the command line appears like this for me:
